Student Organization

The Student Organization (S.O.) at MS 74 gives students a meaningful voice in shaping our school community through leadership, service, school spirit, and participatory decision-making. S.O. members plan and support events such as Spirit Weeks, Game Night, the GS Challenge, and other activities that help make MS 74 a more connected and welcoming place. Students also lead Participatory Budgeting, survey their peers, and develop proposals for improvements to the school, including projects such as new recess equipment and other student-centered initiatives. Through these experiences, S.O. members learn to collaborate, represent their classmates, and turn student ideas into action.
