News for 74

News for 74 creates news segments all about MS74!  Students will gain hands-on experience creating content from conception to execution to distribution.  Students will work together in a professional environment with some of the latest digital tools and resources to create entertaining videos all about Nathaniel Hawthorne Middle School.

  • News for 74 cancelled today 10/17/19

    Due to the high winds last night/today I have to cancel News today. My house currently lost power and I can see already there are multiple large tree branches all over my yard and neighborhood. Please bring me any paperwork and checks that you still may owe. Be safe today and continue the conversation on Google Classroom. In order for us to be prepared for action on Thursday afternoons there needs to be discussions on Google Classroom.

  • 2019/2020 First Meeting - Interest Meeting and Meet & Greet

    Welcome Back!  Our first meeting will be on the Thursday October 3rd.  Anyone interested in becoming a part of the New for 74 team is more than welcome to join us as long as you bring a signed parent letter.

    If you want to join moving forward and cannot attend the Interest Meeting, please come speak to me directly in room 136 so I can provide you with the permission slip and activity fee sheets.

    Anyone can join, as long as you have permission from parent/guardian and pay the $25 activity fee (checks only)
