Science Olympiad

Founded in 1984, Science Olympiad is one of the premier science competitions in the nation, providing rigorous, standards-based challenges to 7,800 teams in all 50 states. The Nathaniel Hawthorne Science Olympiad team placed 4th in the NYC competitions and 15th in the state. Come to challenge yourself by building machines/robots, performing experiments, and competing against hundreds of other students.

  • Team Try Outs and Date of First Meet

    Try Outs have finished. The final roster has been finalized. All students who made it to the final roster received a offer letter through Google Classroom. Thank you to everyone who showed interest in Sci Oly. You are welcomed to try again next year. First meet will be on October 12, 2022 in room 220. Wish us luck this season.
